Dynamics of Monitoring and Talent Management

Retaining and monitoring talent are growing concerns in the market in Portugal. The scope of this research aims to monitor and mitigate the risk of loss, promote self-awareness, and supervise employee satisfaction. This study aims to present a new model, focused on monitoring the evolution, value and satisfaction of the employee in the organisation to monitor and mitigate the risk of loss. The MITEC (Monitoring Indicators of Talent Employees Career) model explores gamification, an approach that addresses motivation, incentive, recognition, and reward, as a stimulus in the development process of the Dynamic Talent Retention aspect. it is aimed at three actors of the business (target audience), the employee to mitigate the risk of abandonment or demotivation, the organization to alert and recommend the behaviour for each actor and the managers to monitor behaviours that deviate from professional success. Our intention is that MITEC will monitor and mitigate the risk of Talent Churn, develop a strategy to monitor the evolution of the value of talent for the organization, create a data infrastructure of knowledge about the employee, and on the other hand inform managers about their professional performance daily to enhance their performance and thus enhance their personal brand in the organization.
