The Method Based On The Togaf Framework and Devops Culture In The Implementation and Deployment of Software
The study includes the development and implementation of a method called TDevOps, where the good practices of TOGAF and the DevOps culture were analyzed in a case study in a development organization of software in 4 stages. The method considered the phases B, C, and D of TOGAF after analysis and val-idation of the framework with the needs and strategy of the organization. Like-wise, components of the DevOps culture were considered in relation to integra-tion and continuous deployment after identifying the necessary requirements for the collaboration of stakeholders involved in software development. For the re-spective tests, 3 large-scale projects were considered, and the execution of the method was carried out in the implementation and deployment phases of the de-velopment process of software. Moreover, key stakeholders such as the devel-opment team leader, infrastructure administrator, application architect, DevOps engineer, and development team participated in the study. The results were based on indicators such as the number of errors identified in the relay, reducing the de-livery time in the phase integration, and continuous deployment; after applying the method, they improved significantly in favor of the study. It was concluded that the method helped the communication, collaboration, and integration of the teams involved in the software development of the selected projects, and this, in turn, contributed to the fulfillment of the organization's business strategy
